It is common in the area of Smart City and Smart Factory that data integration should be required. Until now, the usual data integration has been done by database in the way of data acquisition, archiving. But data integration and services which Cnix has been providing are done from data acquisition to making them standard format, time synchronization, alarm calculation and engineering environment on which data from different kind of devices can be linked by logic. In other words, Cnix provides the platform services which is called Data Service Platform.
Any data from each unit system which is connected to the platform can be shared by anyone and any system. The returned data from software for smart functions which is programed on the platform would propagate to all devices that are connected to the platform. It means that they can use the result or status from other services or devices for their operation and sustain the latest status.
Especially, the function for calculation of data from different kind of devices which is required for editing new smart functions for smart city or integration of different complicated processes for smart factory requires mandatorily the time synchronization and standard data format including metadata.
