The Data Service Platform of Cnix has the interface software named “Xgate”, through which external applications or systems can easily access data on Data Service Platform event though without required system libraries. Now, Cnix announced Xgate 2.0 which is the upgraded version of previous Xgate.
There are two significant differences compared to the previous Xgate. The first one is the addition of WebSocket, which the previous Xgate did not have, and the second is the use of JSON data for the message format. The WebSocket interface will facilitate a wider range of applications and provide data more quickly, while the JSON data format will make the interface more structured.
Cnix had made a test program usign Xgate 2.0 and posted video in Cnix Official Channel on Youtube, and says that the performance and reliability is great.
